  Litteralty the WORST Tim Hortons in the world. Always have problems, the line is always down the street. This time, i simply ordered 10 TimBits, and they charge me for 80. I had to haggle them to put the refund back on my card and I still have yet to see that refund back in my account. My guess is the manager didn't know how to refund my card. It'll be a cold day in hell before I go back here.

  Literally worst staffed tim hortons I've ever been to. Employees have ignored customers, blatantly overcharged for drinks when I've gone through drive thru, they are slow and incompetent, and today I just saw a girl slide the peanut donut tray out to grab one for drive thru, slid it back in partway and the tray dropped and hit the bottom of the display, spilling the donuts. She said oh well, and walked to drive thru. 30 seconds later, she came back and said better pick these up before the manager comes. In full view of the customers, she put them back on the tray to sell. Disgusting! I've gone half a dozen times just because it's on the way home from my gf house, but I will never go back! They need to start from scratch and fire all the employees
